Fab Lab Adelaide | Partners and Supporters
Fab Lab Adelaide is a not-for-profit community workshop in which new products and creative works can be designed and made using digital fabrication equipment including several 3D printers and a laser cutter. The Lab supports South Australian inventors, designers, artists, and other creative and entrepreneurial individuals and businesses through the provision of free and low cost access to equipment and expertise.

The Department of Further Education, Employment, Science and Technology (DFEEST). is the South Australian Government’s key agency driving employment, skills development, research and technology in the State.  Fab Lab Adelaide is funded by DFEEST.

Adelaide College of the Arts (AC Arts) is a hub of tertiary arts education in South Australia: engaging, driving and creating partnerships within the arts community both at AC Arts and supporting campuses within the state.  Fab Lab Adelaide is hosted by AC Arts.

The Advanced Manufacturing Centre at Regency Campus TAFE SA has recently acquired new equipment to complement its existing facilities.  This includes Zcorp 650 and Fortus 250mc 3D Printers which places Regency Campus TAFE SA at the forefront of training institutions that have recognised the opportunities of direct digital manufacturing.

3D Printing Systems leads the market in affordable desktop 3D Printers, with printers include the UP Plus and the Mini.  Fab Lab Adelaide’s UP printer is on loan from 3D Printing Systems.
